What is included in the setup and management process?

We are happy to take over an existing campaign you have set up yourself or we can build from scratch.

Our process includes:

  • Objectives and Strategy – the first task is to understand what you are trying to achieve. We will discuss this with you and respond with a realistic proposal based on an honest appraisal of the PPC environment for your market.
  • Keyword research and selection – we then brainstorm with you the types of search terms or keywords (or phrases) your potential customers are likely to be searching on and research the keyword set.
  • Ad group construction – PPC advertisements work best when they are grouped around a keyword theme and the campaign is certainly easier to manage that way. We will develop initial themes with you although these can be changed at any time.
  • Writing and loading ads – search engines are particular about the length and content of your advertisements. We have considerable experience of what works best in this type of advertising. Our initial suggestions serve as a benchmark for continuous testing and improvement.
  • Bids and campaign settings – it is not always necessary (or affordable) to appear in the top positions. We will discuss your optimal position and bid accordingly. Your actual positions will be monitored regularly and bids adjusted within your budget.
  • Monitoring and adjustments – we regularly monitor your campaign to ensure that it is performing within agreed parameters. Minor adjustments will be made immediately, more fundamental changes will be referred to you for approval prior to implementation.
  • Campaign optimisation – the sophisticated tracking functionality of the major PPC search engines allows us to track the performance of many different campaign parameters, for example different keyword strategies, ad texts, or bid strategies. This allows us to continuously seek to improve the Return on PPC Investment over time.
  • Monthly reporting and review – you receive a summary report each month with any suggestions for improvement which we will discuss with you.
Pricing

Typically this comprises a setup fee plus a monthly management fee. However we have a flexible approach to pricing for Pay Per Click Management Services, so please ask for details.
